How long will it take to transfert a 80go card via the express card port ??
Using the camera USB it's about 1Go/mn so 1h20' ...

I don't have it Yet, but as it says on description, 40fps (on fast sd or fast raid ?)
small card 80GB is around 23000 frames, 23000/40=575/60= 9,5 min,
if it is 20 min, for 80gb, I will be happy!
with USB reader it is around 60 min, never had more then that!

How does the new PCIexpress connect to MacPro? it is possible to have some picture of it?

For the Mac Pro solution you slot in a PCIe card and connect to the reader.
Transfere time varies depending on the performance of the disc you writ to. Tests with a LaCie 2TB Thunderbolt disc gave aprox. 40fps. Writing to To SSD´s will be slightly faster. This given, transfer time would be aprox. 10min for 80GB and 20min for 160GB.
