A-Cam dll and CinemaDNG
The A-Cam dll records uncompressed RAW images in the CinemaDNG format.
CinemaDNG is an open, documented fileformat designed for storing uncompressed high-resolution image streams of camera RAW data. Each image is encoded using the DNG image format. The image stream is stored as a sequence of image files in a file directory. The fileformat contains image data and metadata. The metadata contains of timecode, time, date, framerate etc.

Adobe Systems
Adobe supports CinemaDNG in After Effects CS4 and CS5, Premier CS4 and CS5, Bridge CS4 and CS5, Camera RAW CS4 and CS5, Photoshop CS4 and CS5 and Lightroom. Adobe does not support the metadata timecode and no metadata in After Effects and Premiere. In After Effects it is possible to export to QuickTime ProRes, DPX etc. Adobe software are avalible for Mac OSX and Windows.
Blackmagic Design
Blackmagic Design supports CinemaDNG in DaVinci Resolve and Resolve Lite v. 8.0. We recommend the new 8.1 version for the best decoding. DaVinci Resolve can to export files with timecode to QuickTime ProRes, DPX etc and will be able to playback the CinemaDNG sequenses in real time for review on a MacBook Pro etc. DaVinci Resolve have extensive tools for 3D work. DaVinci Resolve software is avalible for Mac OSX, Windows and Linux.

IRIDAS
IRIDAS just got bought up by Adobe at IBC 2011. IRIDAS support CinemaDNG on all products in their 2010/2011 releases. From FrameCycler Pro to SpeedGrade DI. It will support all metadata including timecode. FrameCycler Pro will be able to export to QuickTime ProRes, DPX etc. All software will be able to playback the CinemaDNG sequenses direct for review. IRIDAS have extensive tools for 3D work. IRIDAS software are avalible for Mac OSX, Linux and Windows.

CineForm makes a tool for Windows that converts CinemaDNG files into CineForm RAW. CineForm RAW is a lightly compressed 12-bit RAW codec with a Quicktime/MOV or AVI wrapper and can be edited in Final Cut Pro, Avid MC5, Premiere Pro, etc. The tool is available in CineForm Neo 4K. CineForm also has support for 3D work. Cineform software are avalible for Mac OSX and Windows.
