Prototype 2.1 - Alive and Kicking

September 8, 2009

Generation 2, Build 1

I am happy to announce that Prototype 2.1 of the upcoming A-cam dII is operational and produces beatiful images in 1920x1080 pixels.

It is based on the same mechanical design as Prototype 1 with the addition of a better viewfinder, new electronics and new software that allows us to now test the Histogram and the much appreciated 1:1 pixel zoom.

And by the way, it records 25 FPS in both Daylight and Tungsten setting for the DNG-format.

Post updated on the 10th of September with a DNG-file of the image in the post. This is RAW and un-edited from the Prototype 2.1.
