Ikonoskop AB is a privately held company based in Stockholm, Sweden that makes professional digital film cameras for the film and broadcasting industry. The company was founded in 1999.

Our goal is to provide filmmakers with the best and most inspiring professional tools. We believe that the tools should be as simple to use as possible without any compromises in quality. The tools should be versatile and functional, this means that ergonomy is of great importance to us. We aim to support our customers in the best possible way so that they can do the most interesting and challenging work in their respective field.

History
Ikonoskop was founded in 1999 by Göran Olsson and Daniel Jonsäter, both active filmmakers. The products have emerged out of a personal need for new tools in filmmaking. The first camera made by Ikonoskop was the A-Cam SP-16, a small and light Super-16 camera released in 2003. The newest camera and the companys first digital film camera the A-Cam dll was released in December 2010.
